The chef or waiter will give you the dish and tell you a little background about each piece of sushi. The chef has prepared each dish with the perfect amount of wasabi and soy sauce so you really don’t need to add anymore. I am huge fan of the netflix Documentary “Jiro Dreams of Sushi.” If you haven’t seen it, I highly recommend checking it out if you are a fan of Sushi or food in general. The way that Jiro prepares sushi is almost an art form. That is the same feeling that I got going to Sushi Kashiba. It is not surprising to me that Jiro and Shiro are good friends.
